Board of Equalization (B.O.E.) forms are available by accessing the links below or you may call the Daggett County Auditor’s office at 435-784-3210 Ext. 405 or email the Daggett County Auditor’s office to have them sent to you.
Complete the required forms and return them to the Daggett County Auditor’s office at P.O. Box 219, Manila, Utah 84046. Once the forms are received, you will be contacted by the Auditor’s office to set up an appointment. Make sure that each form is filled out entirely, including contact information, and that supporting documentation is attached. All forms and supporting documentation to be presented to the board must be received by the Auditor’s Office before 4:00 p.m. on September 15, 2020.
