Daggett County Resource Management Plan
During the 2015 Legislative session HB323
was passed by the Utah State Legislature The Bill "requires a county to develop a resource management plan as a part of the county's general plan" and sets out provisions of how and when the plan should be done and how the state will assist in the process. Daggett County has done some work in the area before, but the proposed process is much more comprehensive than plans previously completed. More information will be added to this page as it becomes available. On Monday, March 7, 2016 HB219 received a favorable Senate Committee recommendation following approval by the House on March 1st, 2016.
