2018 General Election Information
The 2018 General Election was held on November 6, 2018 for several Federal, State and Local elections. The Unofficial results have been posted, but will not be official until the Canvass is completed on November 20th starting at 2:00 pm at the Daggett County Courthouse. We currently have 7 Provisional ballots and 5 ballots with signature issues plus 1 countable ballot received after election day that could be counted during the Canvass. We have contacted or attempted to contact those with issues and are awaiting their action to clear up their issues. Thank you to all who participated in the election process and to our Election Judges who helped facilitate the voting!

2018 Unofficial Primary Election Results - June 26, 2018
There were 225 By-Mail Ballots counted on Primary Election Day and 4 Provisional Ballots will be Counted at the Canvass on Tuesday, July 10th along with any ballots approved that have resolved signature issues and any additional ballots received that are postmarked by June 25th.
PRIMARY SAMPLE BALLOT
Register to vote before June 19th. (By mail before May 30th) Only Voters registered with the Republican Party may vote a Republican Ballot.
Early voting will be held June 18, 19, 20 and 22nd in the County Clerk's office at the Courthouse from 8 am to 5 pm. Early voting will also be held on June 21 in the Dutch John Conference Hall from 8 am to 5 pm. You must bring in your ID and ballot, if you received one.
There will only be ONE Vote Center open on Election Day, June 26 in the Court Room at the County Courthouse from 7 am to 8 pm. You must bring in your ID and ballot, if you received one.
Logic and Accuracy will be conducted June 11 at 4 pm in the Clerk/Treasurer's Office at the Daggett County Courthouse.
Board of Canvassers will convene July 10 in the Commission Chambers at 1:00 pm.
Candidates can file to participate in the elections at the County Courthouse starting March 9th and ending March 15th at 5:00 pm. The following forms are available for those wishing to participate in Local School Board or County election: Declaration of Candidacy Qualifications For Candidate Filing Affidavit Candidate Contact Information Pledge of Fair Campaign Practices Form (Optional) . Forms can be filled out in advance, but should not be signed until turned into the Clerk/Treasurer's office. Write-in candidates must register before September 7, 2018 to be in the General Election.
The Town of Dutch John and the Town of Manila had just enough people sign up for the positions available so all positions were uncontested and both of the Municipal Elections were cancelled.
Daggett County is in the 1st Congressional District and was not eligible to vote in the 3rd Congressional District Race, so no elections were held in Daggett County on November 7, 2017.
