Learn More about Local Recycling Efforts
The Town of Manila supports recycling to lengthen the life of our landfill. The Flaming Gorge Recycling coalition is no longer active, but individuals can continue their own recycling by dropping recycling materials in Green River, Wyoming or Vernal, Utah. Annual Community Clean-up
This year the Community Clean-up (PDF) efforts are slightly later to allow better participation from part-time residents. The Landfill will be open for FREE on June 6, 7 and 9 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sort your rubish to allow for as much recycling as possible. Metal will be hauled from the area.
Pick Up is available for Larger items on Monday, June 9th. Turn in your Work Order (PDF) to the Town of Manila or Daggett County Offices before 4 pm June 5th.
